You could try using a popsicle stick...that's another option. :) Good luck! And thanks so much for your kind words! :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10605683290015183062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5933858386391334329.post-66486315458483166922011-11-18T08:20:31.170-06:002011-11-18T08:20:31.170-06:00Awesome thanks for your help! I just turned the wheel over, placed the skewer, and then put a thin layer of gumpaste over the skewer, glueing it to the back of the wheel. It dries overnight this way. Does that make sense? This cake is a 10 and 6 inch tiers. :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10605683290015183062noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5933858386391334329.post-79699560227335507632011-11-18T06:27:53.045-06:002011-11-18T06:27:53.045-06:00Thank you so much for your help!!! The ferris wheel is made of gumpaste - I secured a bamboo skewer to the back of it, and stuck the skewer into the cake once the ferris wheel had dried (took about 2 days to fully dry and harden).
